Of Fish and Seaweeds



Swimming is now more interesting as we discovered a treasure of edible seaweed near one of my favorite swimming spots in the island.

My father who was from the west coast portion of the Philippines introduced us to this edible seaweed called ar-arusip or lato in Filipino.

This particular seaweed is best served with tomato, onion, shrimp paste (alamang) and mango.
